[Tips & Tricks] Robots.txt
As you may know, ServiceDesk Plus can be hosted on the internet and search engines will start to index and your site appears in the search results.
Sometimes you have pages and resources on your site that you do not want to be indexed/block access. To accomplish this, you can create robots.txt file and place it in the application root directory ..\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\webapps\ROOT.
