thresholds

one of monitors was criticals and when I move mouse there, I saw the message :" root couse: response time > 90 (threshold)"
in threshold,treshold name of value>2000 is responsetime and threshold name of value>90 is CPU Utilization, but I resieved the error a bout "Response Time",
