Terminal Services

Hi,

I cannot change any things in Terminal Service.
For example : If i try to change Session attributes for one user or more users, i have this message : "Unable to modify the User. Error Message : Error In Setting Terminalservice Properties,Acc�s refus� - Error Code : 5 TroubleShoot".
My profile is domain administrator.
