More a clarification and diagnosis than problem.

I am montoring a tomcat 5.5.17 server and am getting a significant number of errors in the response summary. Nearly 50% Success/50% Errors. I am not sure what it is monitoring and how it is picking up errors. The applications running under tomcat seem to be working perfectly. I don't see any problems in the tomcat logs.

Any ideas?
