I want to configure a email smtp server, but appmanager cannot connect: Unable to contact the server xx.xx.xx.xx in port 25

I've configured the proxy! and excluded xx.xx.xx.xx.

I can access xx.xx.xx.xx 25 via telnet from my windows client where the appmanager is running!

Any idea what's the problem? Is there anywhere an interesting log file?
