Hi Support,

 Mail fetching has been stopping frequently. I have raised the issue with the support and they asked to upgrade to latest build. Even after upgrading, mail fetching is stopping frequently.

I wonder why this issue is not flagged as error. It is categorized as info. It is not even alerting if mail fetching stops.

Can anyone have any permananet solution
