Survey Email Configuration
Running ServiceDesk Plus Build 10006.
For the request-based survey, an email goes out to the requester when a call ticket closes. Before we upgraded, the $SurveyLink would just send the link to the survey. After the upgrade to 10, it adds a second link for "Skip Survey". Is there a way to turn that off so it only sends the survey link?
In our environment, if someone doesn't want to take the survey they just delete the email.
