SupportCenter Service Pack 5031

Hi All,

The Service Pack (5031) is now available :

Any build above 5008 (including 5030) can be upgraded to 5031 using the above service pack. This service pack contains the features/fixes mentioned here :

It also includes the fixes for the two issues reported yesterday :

a) Inability to add time spent entry
b) Script error in the Resolution page.

IMPORTANT : Pls clear the browser cache before connecting to the web client
