SQL Integration

Hi,

Two querys...

1. We would like to insert/update data within a SQL database when certain SD+ events occur. I.e. when a SD+ request is closed.

Is this possible out of the box or are we looking at adding triggers to the SD+ tables to achieve this?

2. Can we create new SD+ requests via a SQL insert into the SD+ DB?
