Can you help me generate a MSSQL report showing a specific department's SLA % compared to the SLA % average for all departments?

Time period = prior full month

SLA % = (SLA Met / Open) * 100

Is there any way to generate both graphical and tabular information in the same report? I've attached an example image of what I'm thinking.
