single sign on problem

Hi,
I have a problem that the technician can't see the picture when he click on the direct link in the assignment email, pls refer to attachment.

Besides, the assignment email is not able to show the picture from 2 of our technicians. The login window prompts like attached.

We are using Lotus Notes.
