Single Sign On Connection with Azure AD

Single Sign On Connection with Azure AD

When I go to the App feature within Azure AD, I only see Zoho Apps. I do not see anything for ManageEngine.
Are we able to setup SSO to work with Azure AD  or does it have to be an on-premise AD?
