Silent Scan

Is the Silent Scan feature from AE (ie the vbs file) being ported to SD+?

If not can i use AE 5 to do the silent scan and then export / import into SD+? Would this cost me extra in licence fees?

Could someone please help with the best way to do an 'agent' scan into SD+
