Silent install problem in HyperOS2

Hello.
I want to install apps through MDM software on a Redmi Pad 2 tablet with Android 15 and HyperOS 2 user interface. I have done this before on Redmi pad SE with Android 13 and MIUI 14 without any problems.

However, on the new tablet, I'm encountering this error:
"Silent app installation failed. Turn off MIUI optimization to install apps silently."

In HyperOS 2, in the Developer Options, there is an option named "Turn off system optimization" which I have disabled, but silent installation still fails with the error. Is there a way to solve this problem?

I used QR code enrollement and MDM agent is device owner.
