We occasionally have need for users to ship their devices to our Head Office for repair.

We ask users to add our ticket id to the outside of the package, but they rarely do, is there a way that we can generate a document that they can print and use as a shipping label.

It would have information pre-formulated such as delivery address of the item, ticket reference number and the name of the analyst with whom the ticket sits.

We can obviously create this in the form of an email, but given that the information is always in pre-defined fields, the ability to create a shipping label with one click would be helpful.
