Setting up new OpManager

I've setup a Windows Server 2012 R2 with MS SQL Express 2014.

While installing OpManager11, I select the database as MSSQL, it keep prompting host or port is not correct..

May I know what is the problem?

Also is this combination of "Server 2012 R2 + MS SQL Express 2014 + OpManager 11" in 1 physical server feasible? or is there a better recommendation?
