Setting up email

I am trying to modify the email server settings on SupportCenter and I am receiving the following error:

FAILURE :Error while saving the Mail Server Details. : Duplicate entry for key

Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,145,119,513,406.

Any suggestions?
