Dear IT Services desk plus

I want ask about services desk plus. When users make a phone call to IT technicians. Services desk systems does it have automatic add it to Requests tab or IT technicians must input phone request it manual .If services desk can automatic add request phone to Request tab please help me do it .Thanks you very much
