We released ServiceDesk Plus MSP - version 9.0- Build - 9003. 

Please refer the  Migration path table available here  and upgrade to our latest build 9003.

What's new in ServiceDesk Plus - MSP 9003?

Enhancements

• MSPSDP-4680 : Customers can reset their password by clicking on the 'Forgot password' option included in the login page.
• MSPSDP-8867 : Option to enable Worklog or Notes addition as First Response by default, is provided in Self Service Portal Page.
• MSPSDP-9103 : Change module Add-on for Standard edition.

Issues Fixed

• MSPSDP-9117 : Closure Codes are not populated when closing the request.
• MSPSDP-9143 : Notes addition is not wrapped in Request Details page.
• MSPSDP-9123 : Usage statistics is missed in Self Service Portal Settings.
• MSPSDP-9125 : When notification is sent for change or problem,including E-mail signature causes exception to be thrown.
