Hi,

I tried to install service pack 8204 and it failed. Error message was saying something about "unable to uninstall". Now I can't start the application. When I launch "startSDP.bat", application freeze on "application layer started".

I ran the "run.bat" and message is :

Unclean shutdown of previous run.

PPM Installation failed. Please contact the support team.

Failed to start the server. Please refer logs for more details.

Need help! Any idea?
