Service Desk Plus cloud version not showing changes

Good day,

We are experiencing a problem with Service Desk Plus cloud on all our instances where you do changes to a request like change the status, get no errors yet the change is not displayed in the request. 

For example created a new Service Catagory it does not show:


Any body else have this problem, Manage Engine support denies any problems.
