This is applicable to Employee Off-boarding - HR has to fill out the off-boarding template with the employee's last day or effective date of separation then a task is automatically generated by the template - this task has an estimated effort (OLA) of 24 hours. This task should start 24 hours after the date entry on the effective date of separate field.
