seeing this message in error log

Hi,

when i run this query i see a lot of this in the log.

SELECT * FROM errorlog WHERE Type='Error'

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'Arc_ChargesTable_PK'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.Arc_ChargesTable'.

and also this message

Though the email parser is enabled and email subject contains parser string, login is not enabled for the email requester
