SD6 Server utilization

Hi!

Right after server starts CPU usage jumps from 5% to 90-100%
I'm using MSSQL as database which also starts using a lot of CPU after SD6 starts.
Java.exe and MSSQL are the only consumers of cpu time.

What could be the couse of this behaviour?
