SD wont start

Hi all, and Happy New Year!

Just downloaded and installed the latest release. Since then I cannot run the SD. I think it's a port issue. All I get is 'Page cannot be found popping up'?

I have installed to the Service desk folder not the ME/Service desk folder, I'm assuming this correct.

the install was certified as successful.

What now?
