SD+: Ticket Report with Details
Adventnet,
Is it possible to pull a report for a range of tickets with the details of the ticket captured in the report? We need to look at a number of tickets from a high level perspective and do not get enough information by just looking at the title of the ticket. Any help on this would be much appreciated.
