Schema Database SD+ and best practise to imprt data

Hi all,
in this topic http://forums.manageengine.com/forumHome.do?forumGroupId=49000000002007&forumTopicId=49000002659655& i've found a database schema for SD+.
1) Is this a complete database schema? It's valid also for sd+6?
2) We use SD+ more for asset than help desk. We can suggest us a best practise to import data from our database (or .csv file?)
