Scan Linux Workstation

Hi hi,

is there anyway to scan workstations with Redhat Linux server OS from Service Desk Help desk software?

I was trying to scan for the workstation with Linux OS however unable to scan.

: Connection to RPC server in the workstation failed

Appreciate anyone's assistance.
