restoring request

How can i restore an e-mail that has been sent (by mistake) and rejoined to another request (closed request), because the request ID that is automatically singed in the e-mail subject, was changed by user (by mistake)?

For result, closed request was open again.

Is there any way to change that thing back to normal, undo action, or?

please help!
