REST API Technician Key

Hi all,

We plan to integrate PMP with ServiceDesk Plus. The instructions are to generate a Technician Key (also called an API Key or an Auth Token at various points in the documentation) from ServiceDesk Plus. However, the SD documentation says that the key is technician based. Doesn't this mean that we *first* need to create a technician in SD for PMP?
