Require Field When FR/SLA Violated?
We are looking to add fields that allow the technician to enter why a request's FR time was violated or why a request's SLA was violated. We only want the fields to appear if violation has occurred. I am struggling to figure out how I can get this to work via request workflows. This is what I have so far:
I envision it looking something like this:
And the Resolved - SLA Violated part would look like this:
Since I cannot create the same link between status nodes multiple times, I am struggling to figure out how something like this would work. Is there a different way I am meant to approach this?
