Requester and Assignee

Hi,

I have imported the users from the Active Directory. Then I opened a Requester and converted it to Technicians.

But the problem arises when I tried to revert that. That means, what if i want to convert a Technician to a Requester again?

I did not find any solution to it. Do i have to delete the Technician and create the Requester again or wht?
