I know this was possible on the onprem version, but is it possible to add an option to have a fields description displayed under the field name? 

Use Case: a request form with custom fields where a description is needed to guide the requester. Current: custom field descriptions are only available if the requester hovers over the empty field.

Proposed: a field description is added and can be shown to the requester under the field name or by clicking on a Help icon
