request form customiser

Just wondering if it is possible when you add extra fields in the form that you could choose where in the form it would be placed

at the moment any extra fields get added to the area under Task Details

Would be good considering that you have a choice of where to add the fields

I have a couple of fields that I want to add to the top part of the form under Request Details
