Good afternoon,

Does anybody know if its possible to add the Request Closure Code onto the email template that goes out to requesters on request resolve/close, similar to the way you can add tags such as $RequesterName or $Resolution ?

I'd like to inform our requesters as to the status of the request when it was resolved, such as if it was cancelled, postponed, success etc.
