Reporting Problem

Hello Sir ,
This is a very good programme, Th eproblem which i m facing now is,
I want a detailed report (including graphs if possible) of my Monitoring Servers (Linux,Exchange)on my mail.

So that i can know what is the status of mine server whole day incuding, CPU,Memeroy,HDD,Network usage.
can you please tell me , how i do that.
