Report Help

Hi There,

i need to write a time report but splitting it down by request type (we have added Incidents and Orders and wanted to break it down in the following way:

Helpdesk calls:

Incidents: 10 hrs
Orders 20 hrs
Projects: 30 hrs

Can anyone help?
