Reply from Blackberry

Not sure how the system reads back in request replies, but.

When I send a email from a request in the system and reply from my desktop using outlook it is read back into the thread of the original request in SDP fine, but if I reply to the same email from my blackberry the system creates another "new" request.

Do you have any idea why this is happening? It is really annoying because many of our users reply from blackberry. Is anybody else having this issue?
