I would like to share that I was facing the issue of Patch Manager plus server not launching the web console by its default hostname:8383 URL. I had changed the server hostname due to different security group tagging bind to firewall rules in AWS. Upon changing hostname and restarting the server, apparently what I noticed is that it will take some time about 1-2 days for the Patch manager plus to detect new hostname change.

This information wasn't available anywhere and it took time for me to find out after raising ticket with support.
