ADSelfService Plus' latest build, 6521, has been released with the following issue fixes:

Issue fixes 

1. An issue which caused ADSelfService Plus portal logins to be slow during periods of high request load has been fixed.
   

2. An issue in which endpoint MFA was bypassed in certain scenarios has been fixed.
   

3. An issue where the MFA Status column values were not displayed in the Agent Installed Machines Report when machine-based MFA was enforced has been fixed. (Affected builds: Build 6518 or higher)
   

4. An issue that triggered an error when CSV files with special characters were uploaded during bulk enrollment for the Security Question and Answer MFA authenticator has been fixed. (Affected builds: Build 6518 or higher)
   

5. An issue where the ADSelfService Plus portal window appeared smaller than expected on high-resolution monitors with varying display scaling settings during Windows logins has been fixed.
   

6. An issue causing the OWA-004 error has been fixed by updating the OWA MFA response format to JSON.
   

7. An issue where the ADSelfService Plus tile and link was not displayed for AD users logging in to hybrid Entra ID joined machines running login agent version 6.12 has been fixed.
   

8. An issue in the ADSelfService Plus Windows login agent version 6.12 where offline MFA and machine-based MFA checks were incorrectly triggered during local user logins, even when those settings were not configured, has been fixed.
