Question on patching

Question on patching

Hi,

I'm doing a trial of Desktop Central and have a few questions around patching.  I have just finished updating my workstation and applying all patches reported as being required.  I then restarted and rescanned my workstation with DC telling me I'm fully patched.

Now when I run a Windows Update it tells me I have 12 important and 6 optional patches available.

While I understand that some of these are not supported by DC, at least 3 of them are security updates for .Net.  The KB numbers for these are

  • KB3023222
  • KB3032663
  • KB3037579
Any assistance would be appreciated.
