we need an report for time spend in all the modules ( IR , SR , CR, PID) & Generic task as well with available coloums listed below.. please share the query asap

  2. Request ID (Incident & Service Request)

  3. CHange Request ID

  4. Problem Request ID

  5. Task (Generic)

  6. Employee ID

  7. Technician Name

  8. Group

  9. Site

  10. Created Time
