Public Project List
I know that I can not do what I want with Project Roles. (expose just project list and no tasks)

How would I via API or SQL pull the project list? Is that possible?
I would like to pull Project name, planned start date and planned end date, so I can expose on an Intranet site to all employees.
Please advise.
