Product Service Packs

Is there any method used to advise customers using ServiceDesk Plus of update releases.

I have seen people refer to version 7003 but have seen no mention of this release on the forum and have recieved no communication from the vendor.

I have tracked down 7003 from your archive but would like to be notified if possible.
