Problems with the creation "Add Custom View"

Gentlemen,

When we try to create a "Custom View" in SCP from a "Request - Additional Fields" entered earlier, when trying to select the field to set the search criteria, we are failing to use search using quotation mark "".



Apparently this option is disabled.
