Problem with 7021 Hotfix Released

Hi, have a problem �
I upgrade servicedesk with 7021 Hotfix Released , but I can�t login like administrator or like a local user (technician) .
I can login like user of active directory.
I try to clean a internet explorer temporal files, but nothing. � Help!
