Preventive Maintenance

Hi,

Has anyone ever noticed a duplication of specific Preventive Maintenance tasks ? We have a number scheduled to run each day and for some reason today two have created 2 tickets. It's never happened before, nor has it happened for other ones.

Any ideas ?
