PostgreSQL Migrated to MSSQL (Express 2016)

PostgreSQL Migrated to MSSQL (Express 2016)

I am wanting migrate the default PostgreSQL Db to a Local Installed SQL 2014 Express.
Environment Details: OpManager v12

I am following the following guide/instructions ( https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/migrating-from-postgresql-to-mssql).

But when I am attempting to change the MSSQL using the DBConfig, I am getting an error:

"Given Host or Port is Incorrect"
