Hi dear Manageengine Support

We have some issues with the Plugins in the Browser Firefox and Chrome:

The Plugin is installed and on a Website with user and password request, the Icon is there. After login in the Plugin to our "new PMP Instance" we see all the Ressources and Accounts in the Plugin, thats fine. So we click F5 and after the refresh the icon on the on the user and password promt is away.

This happens on multiple browsers on multiple PCs/Laptops, fresh installed plugin, browser cache cleared, "long time ago installed"-plugins, on fresh installed browsers, on pages with added accounts and without added accounts.

We also have an "old PMP instance". When we do the same tests, but connected to the old, the Icon does not disappear and we can select the desired account.

Certificate is valid and trusted the whole chain, the intermediate and root is installed in User-store and in Computer-store.

Website is also available under the same default PMP Port.

Why does this icon disappear?
