PII Policies

I am new to the DLP plus environment. I need to setup the following. Can this be done and how?

  1. Restrict and alert PII and PHI transfer (file upload or copy and paste content) through untrusted web services (such as FTP, social media platforms, unauthorized cloud storage, etc)
  2. USB and printing restriction for PII and PHI
  3. Audit report on weekly basis.
